Meeting rooms 1–3 (Small Fan)

Up to 120 participants (130 m²)

The Small Fan is located on the ground floor and features large panoramic windows overlooking the natural grounds. During breaks, the adjacent terrace is ideal for getting some fresh air. Meeting Rooms 1–3 can also be divided into smaller meeting or breakout rooms. The Small Fan is equipped with an LED daylight screen, with microphones and headsets available. Room layouts: Boardroom, U-shape, classroom and theatre

Meeting room 4 (Fan)

Up to 200 participants (270 m²)

Meeting room 4 is located on the ground floor with direct access to the foyer. Large panoramic windows overlooking the natural grounds provide plenty of natural daylight. During breaks, the adjacent terrace is ideal for getting some fresh air. The room is equipped with an LED daylight screen, with microphones, headsets and video conferencing available. Room layouts: U-shape, classroom, boardroom, theatre and cabaret

Meeting room 5 (Large Fan)

Up to 350 participants (400 m²)

Meeting room 5 combines Meeting Rooms 1–4 into one large space. It is located on the ground floor with direct access to the foyer. Large panoramic windows overlooking the natural grounds provide plenty of natural daylight. During breaks, the adjacent terrace is ideal for getting some fresh air. The room is equipped with two LED daylight screens, with microphones, headsets and video conferencing available. Room layouts: Classroom, theatre and cabaret

Meeting room 6

Up to 30 participants (50 m²)

Meeting room 6 is located on the ground floor next to the restaurant. The room is equipped for video conferencing. Room layouts: U-shape, classroom and theatre

Meeting room 7

Up to 10 participants (20 m²)

Meeting room 7 is located on the ground floor next to Calles Corner. During breaks, the adjacent terrace is ideal for getting some fresh air. The room is equipped for video conferencing. Room layout: Boardroom

Meeting room 8

Up to 25 participants (70 m²)

Meeting room 8 is located on the ground floor next to Calles Corner. Large panoramic windows provide plenty of natural daylight. During breaks, the adjacent terrace is ideal for getting some fresh air. The room is equipped with a smart screen and video conferencing. Room layouts: Classroom, U-shape, theatre and cabaret

Meeting room 9

Up to 10 participants (20 m²)

Meeting room 9 is located on the ground floor next to Calles Corner. During breaks, the adjacent terrace is ideal for getting some fresh air. The room is equipped for video conferencing. Room layout: Boardroom

Meeting room 10

Up to 25 participants (70 m²)

Meeting room 10 is located in the Efeu House, with panoramic windows overlooking the natural grounds. During breaks, the adjacent terrace is ideal for getting some fresh air. A granite wall helps regulate the temperature in the room. The room is equipped for video conferencing. Room layouts: U-shape, classroom, boardroom and theatre

The Green Igloo

Up to 20 participants

The Green Igloo is located on the ground floor with direct access to the foyer. During breaks, the adjacent terrace is ideal for getting some fresh air. The igloo offers a distinctive meeting format where all participants can see both the screen and each other. It is particularly well suited to brainstorming sessions and group presentations. An opening at the top of the igloo provides plenty of natural daylight, while the room's excellent acoustics create a comfortable sound environment. The igloo is equipped with four screens.

Strandvejshuset

Up to 14 guests

Strandvejshuset is located next to Hotel GSH and is a newly built villa for up to 14 guests. The house is ideal for board meetings, team-building activities, strategy days and other events, and our skilled chefs can also prepare a private dinner for you in the villa. Overnight stays are also possible if you would like to extend your event. Strandvejshuset features seven bedrooms, each with a double bed, three bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, a living room, a pool table and two terraces with garden and lounge furniture.

Meeting rooms to suit your needs

Our meeting rooms can be arranged in different sizes and layouts, allowing you to create exactly the setting you need – whether you are hosting a meeting for 2 or an event for 350 participants. If you are working in groups, we can assign different colours to each group's chairs, making it easy to see who is on the “yellow” or “red” team. You can also try The Green Igloo, a meeting room with an igloo-like atmosphere that creates a sense of closeness and focus. Around the meeting rooms, you will find informal lounge areas where you can enjoy a refreshment or simply have the smaller conversations that help bring your team together. If you are a large group, you also have the option of hiring the entire Hotel GSH, giving you the hotel exclusively for your group.
