Allergy:
Of course, blankets and pillows are hypoallergenic, if staying at Fredensborg Badehotel, Griffen Spahotel or Hotel GSH. If you have special wishes, e.g wooden floor instead of carpets, we ask you to mention that when booking, or call us: +45 5690 4444
Arrival and Departure:
Your room will be ready at 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival. On the departure day we kindly ask you to check out at 11:00 am, in order to prepare for the next guests.
It might be possible to get into your room earlier, or leave later. We cannot promise this, but feel free to ask or call us +45 5690 4444
Bathrobe and slippers
If you stay at Griffen Spahotel, you will find a bathrobe and slippers in your room upon arrival. If you stay at Fredensborg Badehotel or Hotel GSH, you can borrow bathrobes and slippers at the reception free of charge.
Beds
Unless, anything else is mentioned, all rooms have double bed. At Griffen Spahotel you might get two separated beds, if you order a double- or single room with city view.
Bicycle rental
Bikes are free for rental at all three hotels. Just ask at the reception, and you will get a key for the bike.
Blow dryer
There are blow dryers in every bathroom at Fredensborg Badehotel, Hotel GSH as well as at Griffen Spahotel.
Breakfast
A delicious, morning buffet is included when you have booked a room. The buffet is open:
• Hotel GSH: 06:30 till 10:00
• Griffen Spahotel: 06:30 till 10:30
• Fredensborg Badehotel: 7:00 till 10:30

Charging station for el-cars
We have special parking spaces for electric cars at all three hotels. When you stay at the hotel you can load for free. We kindly ask you to move your car , when loaded, so you give space for a new guest to load.
Children (0-3 years)
If you bring a child under 3 years, we provide you with a cot to your room. We kindly ask you to bring blankets and pillow for the child. The price for a child under 3 years will be DKK 500,- per stay, with breakfast included for the child. If you bring a child, we kindly ask you to mention it when booking, or call us on +45 5690 4444.
Please note: At Fredensborg Badehotel we have an age limit at minimum 16 years. Therefore, you can't bring children to Fredensborg Badehotel.

Elevator
Fredensborg Badehotel, Hotel GSH and Griffen Spahotel have access to elevators. If you prefer a room near to an elevator, we kindly ask you to mention it when booking.
Gym
At Fredensborg Badehotel there is a gym with, among other things, a treadmill, rowing machine, cross trainer, kettlebells and multi-trainer. As a guest at Fredensborg Badehotel, you can use the gym for free. The fitness room is open from 08:00 - 20:00 throughout the hotel's opening period.
Handicap Friendly Rooms
At both Griffen Spahotel and Hotel GSH we have interior designed rooms for disabled people. If you want to book a room with interior for disabled people, we kindly ask you to mention it when booking, or call us on + 45 5690 4444. Fredensborg Badehotel is also handicap friendly, but please notice, that the rooms are not special designed for disabled. At Fredensborg Badehotel there are steps down to the jetty and beach.
Internet
You will have free access to our wifi. You will receive the password when you arrive. Please, notice that the signal will differ, depending on how many users are using the internet at the same time. We cannot give economic compensation if the function of the internet is not satisfying.
Ironing
Get iron and ironing board in the reception, for free.
Paddleboards
At Fredensborg Badehotel you can, on days with fine weather, borrow a Paddleboard for free in the reception.
Parking Space
The hotels have private parking space, and you can park there for free.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in any of the hotels.
Reception
The receptions are staffed around the clock. Knowing that, gives you a nice and safe stay.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the hotels as well as on the balconies. We have marked special smoking areas outside the hotels.
Spa - Fredensborg Badehotel
Outdoor Spa is accessible at Fredensborg Badehotel to guests. If you are over 16 years and a guest there, you can order a lovely outdoor spa-bath at the reception.
Spa – “The Diamond spa of Bornholm"
If you stay at Griffen Spahotel, you have access to the big, lovely spa area “The diamond spa”. If you stay at Fredensborg Badehotel and Hotel GSH you get 50% discount if you want to go to the spa at Griffen Spahotel, Nordre Kystvej 34, 3700 Rønne. In the reception you will get a bag with towel, bathrobe, and slippers. The spa has an age limit of minimum 16 years.

Spa and sauna - Hotel GSH Hotel
GSH's new roof terrace offers a spa and sauna, which you as a guest can enjoy free of charge. These facilities are only available to overnight guests at Hotel GSH. To use the spa and sauna, you must be 16 years old. Appointments are required and can be made at the hotel reception.
Wheelchair
All the hotels have handicap friendly entrance, as well as to the restaurants.
