Good to know
Arrival – Check-in
Your room will be ready from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Reception is open until 10:00 pm. If you are arriving after 10:00 pm, please call us on +45 56 90 44 44 so that our night porter can assist you.
Departure – Check-out
On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11:00 am so that we have time to prepare it for the next guests. If you are departing on a Sunday between 1 October and 1 March, you can stay in your room until 4:00 pm at no extra charge. This gives you almost a full extra day of holiday.
Bathrobe and Slippers
A bathrobe and slippers are provided in your room, so you can easily make your way to the spa. Please remember to bring your own swimwear.
Bicycles
Bicycles are available to borrow free of charge from reception.
Breakfast Buffet
The breakfast buffet is available every day from 6:30 am to 10:30 am.
Children (0–3 years)
If you are travelling to Griffen Spahotel with children aged 0–3, one child can stay free of charge in your room. One child can stay per double room unless you also hire a cot. A cot costs DKK 500 per stay. Pillow and duvet are not provided with the cot, so please bring these yourself. If you are travelling with a child aged 0–3, please mention this in the comments field when booking or call us on +45 56 90 44 44.
