Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy varies depending on the type of stay you have booked. Read here which cancellation rules apply to you.

Stays without ferry or plane tickets:

Have you booked 1 or 2 nights?

  • You can cancel your stay free of charge until 16:00 the day before your arrival.
  • If you have already paid for your stay, you will receive a full refund. Administration fee of DKK 150,-.

Have you booked 3 or more nights?

  • In case of cancellation more than 7 days before your scheduled arrival:
    • You can cancel your stay free of charge.
    • If you have already paid for your stay, you will receive a full refund with an administration fee of DKK 150.
  • In case of cancellation with 7 or fewer days less before arrival:
    • Unfortunately you cannot cancel your stay and it is not possible to get paid amounts refunded.
Stays with ferry or airline tickets:

Is there more than 45 days to your scheduled arrival?

  • You can cancel your stay with a reduction of an administration fee of 10% of the price of the trip (however at least DKK 700).

Are there 45 or fewer days left until your scheduled arrival?

  • Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your stay and it is not possible to get paid amounts refunded.
