Meeting rooms

The meeting rooms are flexible in size, so that you can get exactly the decor you want, regardless of whether you are 2 or 350 participants. If you want to work in smaller groups, you can arrange each group's chairs into special colors, so it is easy to see, who is on the "yellow" or "red" team. You may also use the meeting room "the green igloo", where you get a cave feeling that creates presence and intensity to your meeting. Around your meeting room, there are cozy areas where you can enjoy a refreshment - or "just" have one of the small conversations that bind your team together. If you are a large group, then you can also choose to rent the entire Hotel GSH.

Strandvejshuset

A unique setting for your meeting

Strandvejshuset is located next to Hotel GSH, and is a newly built villa for 14 people. You can rent the house for board meetings, teambuilding events, strategy days or other events - our talented chefs are ready to arrange a private dinner for you in the villa.

If you wish one or more overnight stays, this can also be arranged. Strandvejshuset are decorated with 7 bedrooms (double beds), 3 bathrooms, large kitchen-dining room, living room, billiard table and 2 terraces with garden- and patiofurniture.

You can of course also stay in the villa, and have your meetings in the meeting rooms at Hotel GSH. The only limit is your fantasy.

Air, light & sound

You have probably tried meeting rooms, where the air gets heavy and your concentration drops after a short time. With us, you will find that the rugs, curtains and plants clean the air and create lots of oxygen. The air gets fresher and you become more concentrated.

You have of course also tried meeting rooms where the light in the room must be dimmed so that you can see the screen. At Hotel GSH, the screens are special daylight screens, so you can clearly see what is happening on the screen, while there is full daylight in the room. Studies show that daylight makes people happier and more creative. That is one of the reasons why you get the best meetings with us. Special windows create maximum daylight in your meeting room.

The acoustics in your meeting room are so good that you do not need sound systems, but if you still want it, then you can of course make use of the modern sound systems.

Take an overnight stay and get more out of the meeting. An overnight stay gives you time to have a good dinner and talk about the things that you do not have time for in your everyday life. This strengthens the relationships with your meeting participants - and thus you also create the basis for a better collaboration when you return to everyday life.

It is possible for you to rent the entire Hotel GSH for your conference or event - and if you are a large company, then you also have the opportunity to stay overnight at our sister hotels.

Look forward to beautiful rooms, which are beautifully situated with a view of the forest - or the beautiful park-like garden behind Hotel GSH. You stay right by the woods and close to the beach, and the center of Rønne is very near.

Food & energy tour
Bornholm is the "Bright Green Island" of Denmark, where you can experience many innovative offers for future energy solutions. Bornholm is the center for the development of wind farms in the Baltic Sea, and in the coming years one of the world's first energy islands will be established in the sea off Bornholm. You and your meeting participants experience how the innovation process is driven. After some exciting experiences, maybe it's time for a small lunch? We take you to Gaarden, which is Bornholm's Food Embassy, where you get the story (and taste) of how Bornholm has become a gourmet island with a focus on local quality food.

Baltic Yacht Bornholm
Experience Bornholm's magnificent rocky coast from the sea side. Strengthen your unity on a joint experience trip - or hold an undisturbed board meeting, a company trip or a business lunch on board. The 46-foot yacht Genesis forms a unique location if you are a group of up to 12 people.

Picnic and bison safari
We might take you on a picnic in the green ... or more precisely in the forest of Almindingen, which is one of Denmark's largest and most beautiful forests. Here you will also find some of Europe's last bison. With a local guide, there are a good chance to experience the impressive animals at a close distance. After some wonderful nature experiences, you will find a beautiful sunny spot, where the picnic basket is opened and the delicacies from the chefs emerge. Maybe there is also some cool white wine in the basket?

Active holiday
If you want action, we might take you mountain biking, road cycling, rappelling, surfing, climbing, running or sea kayaking. With its varied nature and long coastline, Bornholm is Denmark's No. 1 place for outdoor activities. Tell us your wishes and we will do our utmost to fulfill them.

Art and culture
Bornholm is also known for its many artists. Take a trip to the working workshops. If you feel like turning the ceramic dial yourself, we will also help to arrange it. All year round there are lots of concerts and cultural events on Bornholm. Ask us - we know what is happening on the island during your stay - no matter what your interests are.

Teambuilding
Bornholm is suitable for team building. You are away from home, so your meeting participants do not have to "leave the meeting in a hurry at 16:00 to achieve something at home".
