Experiences in the spa

Steam bath
A warm steam bath promotes blood circulation, alleviates pain, and reduces inflammation. As the steam rises, the light in the sauna gradually changes, mimicking a sunrise with golden rays, before the light level increases and eventually dims like a sunset. The light therapy combined with the warm steam provides a unique relaxing effect, while the steam works from within to relieve muscle tension.

Finnish wood sauna
For a contrasting experience, this Finnish wood sauna offers dry and intense heat, reaching between 70 and 80 degrees Celsius. The combination of the dry heat followed by a cold shower provides a refreshing experience that stimulates circulation.

Biosauna
The biosauna is a blend of a traditional Finnish sauna and a steam bath but at a lower temperature for comfortable warmth. The sauna maintains a temperature of around 60 degrees Celsius, offering a unique form of relaxation and well-being.

Infrared sauna
This special sauna offers a unique form of heat where it is not the air that is heated, but the surroundings. It uses infrared technology to create a gentle and soothing warmth that heats your body from the inside out. The sauna raises your body temperature, helping the body heal, recover, minimize pain, and eliminate accumulated toxins. The elevated body temperature also helps increase your metabolism, as the body has to work harder to cool itself down.

Cascades of water & hot water pool
Stand in front of the waterfall, pull the rope, and let cascades of water splash down over your back and neck. Tensions in the neck and shoulders are softened as streams of warm water rush down over your neck and head. In the center of the pool, the underground geyser gently presses water against your feet. Move on to the wave-shaped loungers in the hot tub and relax while enjoying the starry sky on the ceiling.

Ice and warm steam
Humans are designed to withstand significant fluctuations from harsh frost to tropical heat. In the spa, your body can experience both extremes. In the Kneipp pools, the water alternates between 0 degrees and tropical warmth. You can also massage your body with ice from the ice fountain. Alternating warm steam and cold water boosts your immune system. After a heat session in the saunas, your blood vessels expand. The greatest effect is achieved by cooling down in cold water from the tipping bucket, a cold shower, or a dip in the cold water well.

Outdoor jacuzzi
Enjoy a glass of champagne in the large outdoor jacuzzi with a sea view, while the sun slowly sets on the horizon in front of you. The bubbles from the jets in the hot tub massage your body, allowing you to completely relax.

Relax & recharge
Comfortable furniture invites relaxation both indoors and outdoors. The journey through warm and cold water, steam, ice, and relaxation provides your body and soul with delightful impressions. At the spa's self-service bar, you can help yourself to fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice, soft drinks, and ice water free of charge.
