In Restaurant GSH you will be served with delicious food made from local and organic ingredients, at a high gastronomic level. The restaurant has received the Organic Cuisine Label in silver.
After your meal, you are welcome to explore the hotel. Sit down with a drink in "Calles Corner" and learn more about the history behind Hotel GSH. Take a walk around the large natural plot, which offers both mini golf and grazing sheep. Don't forget to look down. The sparkling glass paths you walk on are created from recycled glass from the local glass designer Pernille Bülow - just one of the many exciting initiatives that the hotel offers.
